 Black & White Software Announces
 Price Reductions on ZyXEL Modem Packages

Black & White Software of Waitsfield, VT announces a new, low price on
ZyXEL/NXFax modem packages through September 1, 1993.  Beginning on July 12,
1993 all modem and modem package prices will be reduced by $100(US).  Our most
popular package includes the ZyXEL U-1496E modem, NXFax, and a cable. 
Formerly $600, this package will now be sold by Black & White Software for
$500.  The price for NXFax will remain at only $135 per copy.

Black and White Software is a developer of fax and communications solutions
for NEXTSTEP.
